"I'm an electrician and have owned sever different brands of cordless drills. The DeWalt cordless is far superior. It is rugged, dependable and user friendly. The tourque is excellent. What I especially like about the DeWalt cordless is the gripping power of the chuck and the ease of tool changing. With most of the other brands I have owned, the tool in the chuck would slip under load and you have to back off, re-tighten the chuck and hope you woul make it through this time. I have never had that problem with the DeWalt cordless chucks. It is an excellent on the job tool."

"I have owned one of the DeWalt products for several years. It has been highly used and almost abused and still ready fro more. I like the weight, balance, and the battery's ability to last a long time. The keyless chuck is absolutely essential for changing bits for the job. The yellow color makes it highly visible so you don't happen to forget it. I would recomment this to anyone over something comparable."

"I was recently using this drill at a plant and while on a genie lift about 25 feet off the ground the drill slipped and hit the ground, I knew it was busted and went down to get it and to my suprise it had a couple of scratches but worked fine. this product is a little pricey but it is very well built and tough."

"Torque, power, and battery life are outstanding. Driving long screws into large stock is a breeze. Having a second battery is a must in today's world of work. The ability to quickly charge batteries is a plus. The overall quality is excellent. Power is consistently, and evenly delivered, through to the end of charge life. Holding power is very good and the chuck works flawlessly when changing bits. We could expect nothing else from DeWalt.......super product."
