Makita 14" cutoff saw,

"Very nice cut off tool and easy to change angle settings. It has a dust collector but, still needs to be cleaned out. Oh well, can't have everything done for you. The brake stops instantly when done cutting. It is light enough to move around. I have used it for trim cutting and even to build a fence. The saw blade still cuts really staight."

Good saw, great value,

"This Makita saw lives up to reputation. Inexpensive and does what it should. Could use a more powerful motor, but it is designed for the occassional user, not a full time shop. The extra 4 1/2 grinder is a plus and I use it all the time."

"The Makita 2414 is a great product. It's easy to use, portable and great for working at job sites. I purchased one a few months ago for use in my shop and have since purchased 3 more and have also recommended it to others."
