Makes My Job MUCH Easier,
August 14, 2008
By PedrosMama

"My husband travels alot, and leaves me with acres of land to mow during the summer months. I used to have to lift heavy 5 gallon cans of fuel to fill my tractor. As part of my anniversary gift, my husband bought me the Blitz Professional Fuel Station! WOW am I a happy grass cutter!! This is a dream for me, it makes my job so much easier, it is so very convenient and easy enough for a woman to use. Thank you Northern Tool for displaying this product in the catalog. Now I am going to start taking your catalog to work with me, to share with my coworkers. Just goes to prove, women can find something too in Northern's stock of tools."

a real back and fuel saver,

"I mounted the tank on the frame of a Agri-Fab utility trailer. Added a fuel filter and small 12v pump. I no longer lean over a fuel tank with a gas can hoping to tip it back in time ti keep from over filling it. Just release the valve and the gas stops flowing. Either tow the tank to the piece of equipment or take the equipment to the tank. That simple. It is ideal for anyone that has a lot of small landscape type of equipment."

leaks until fixed,
August 11, 2008

"The fittings require quite a bit of torque to keep from leaking, and after one tankful, the nozzle leaked out of the plunger valve. Got on Blitz's website, where they obviously have handled this problem many times, and got a quick reply. They promised a new nozzle, but had to re-email their confirmation back to the nice lady who made the promise after nothing showed up for a couple of weeks. The nozzle arrived FedEx a couple of days later, and it works. I don't mind having a problem with a good product, and appreciate companies that stand by what they sell. The item is useful, and should last for years."

Blitz Pro-Fuel Station,

By chile46

"Hey, I've read other reviews here, some negative but ordered the can anyway. Dont know why product took several kicks during reviews because I find it to be great ! Quality thru-ought welding process, 1/4 turn brass cut off valve, hose fittings and fueling nozzle are superb by my usual discerning standards. All and all a great product.
Thanks....Chile' The Lone Star State"

"I ordered the Blitz 15-Gallon Professional Fuel Station™, Model# 11055 . I recieved it a day before due date which was great. I put the Blitz 15-Gallon Professional Fuel Station™, Model# 11055 together and had problems with it leaking. The place for the hose connection needs to be rethaught of and you can not mount it so that you can empty the tank all the way. Also you can not tell how much gas is in the container. I have since removed the Blitz 15-Gallon Professional Fuel Station™, Model# 11055 from my trailer and went back to the 6 gallon plastic gas cans"

Blitz Professional Fuel Station, model 11055,

"The fuel station would be a great product with the exception of a faulty turn on handle in the metal fuel nozzle. When you grip the handle to make the fuel flow the on/off handle seperates from the nozzle frame. You have to stop refueling and attach the handle. I thought it was just me so I asked my wife to fuel up a vehicke and the grip in the handle came apart for her also. The manufacture needs to find a better way to attach the grip. With this done it would be an excellent product"

"I bought this product to handle fuel for my tractor. It works great no loss of fuel, but it is difficult getting this product at a high enough for the fuel to get into my tractor. Other equipment like mowers and yard equipment it won't be as big a problem."

Great Product,

"I am a landscaper and I bolted one of these tanks to my trailer. It works great. It makes it a lot easier and I dont spill any gas doing it. I actually got another one so I can have mix and straight gas. The nozzel could be a little better but it really wouldnt stop me from gettting another one. I read that some tanks have some small debri in the tank when they recieved, my tank had a little also but i just stuck the vacuum hose in it. Not a big deal. I would recommend doing that anyway since you are putting that gas into some sort of engine."
