unsatisfied,

"This stool looked good, easy to assemble. It lasted about 6 months. The warranty is 1 year. You have to go direct to manufacturer. The pneumatic piston gave out. The manufacturer wanted me to send them JUST the defective part ( which is attached to the stool by a taper fit ) I could not get it apart so I could not get a replacement. In addition the adjustable feet broke quite easily. Presently it it too good to trash but not good enough to use."

"I have been using my stool for 2 months now and am very satisfied. I spend a lot of time with my reloading equipment and the backrest is a savior on my back. Easy to put together. The low position was to high so I raised my work table. Great stool!"

Northern Industrial Pneumatic Stool with Backrest,
August 11, 2008
By Kristina

"I bought this for my husband for Father's Day, and he absolutely loves it. He is 6'4 and about 230lbs. and it is the perfect height for him. He uses it out in his shed for projects or cleaning his guns. He had to make his work bench very tall for his height and the stool works great. We looked everywhere for tall stools & none compared to the price and quality of Northern Tool's Stool. We are very pleased & it came in a few days."

Pneumatic Stool,
April 18, 2008
By skezzcrom

"Wow, a great stool and that is high enough to reach the tallest sales desk, yet can be lowered to help those of us with "short" legs. My daughter-in-law loves sitting in this chair (8.5 months pregnant), says it gives great back support. Padded seat is very comfortable for those of us with "expanding" girth. Could not find another chair of this quality for the price I paid."

The stool is comfortable and user friendly easy to put together as well. Just another great product from Northern Tool."

"Get passed the silly directions, (one sentence for each step) and pay attention to the picture on the box for possition of support rings. Then you will find a stable, sturdy work stool for your shop. I'm a big fella over 300lbs. and this stool shows no signs of overload."

"Assembling was no problem. I use the stool at my ammo reloading bench. It's very comfortable. After a couple hours use I appreciate the back rest. Since I bought the stool after building my reloading bench. The pneumatic seat adjustment came in very handy to get the correct seated working height."

"This is a fine addtion to anyone who needs to take a break or sit down and concentrate on something. I currently have 4 of them in my garage. The vinyl covers make clean-up a snap and the sturdy construction should last for many years."

Not comfortable at all.,

"This stool is very uncomfortable. The back rest isn't back far enough so I always feel I'm sitting on the edge of the seat. And the foot rest is to high. I'm going back to sitting on my bucket."
