"I have been using this product for over a year now and cannot express the magnitude of my satisfaction. I have tried many brands of cordless drills in the past and none have even compared to the quality and craftmenship of this DeWalt. The battery packs last longer than any other I have experienced; the rugged construction of the drill and it's case can be compared to steel - I have had it fall off the back of the truck and been run over by a tire and still continue to work excellent with no damage. All I can say is unbeliveable and I am truly a loyal DeWalt client! I would recommend this product to anyone."

"I only wish this was a little lighter but that was only an issue when working overhead. This has replaced my AC hammer-drill for almost all of my drilling needs. I also wish the batteries were a little cheaper, they are a bit pricey"

"i work as a handyman, so i have need for a cordless " power " drill at the time. i have owned many drills from other brands before sometimes because the price was less. but i must say i have beat up my dewalt drill i always drop it, and never had any problems with this drill. i love the hammer power it has to drive 1/2 in x 6 lag screws into wood without pre drilling!! excellent battery life.. when this drill's life comes to an end (if it does) i will buy another or maybe two!!! great drill buy one now!!"

"I found This "Screwgun" to be very durable, I have owned it for 4 yrs., it has good torque and speed, the batteries last long under stress and charge quickly. All Dewalt cases are slim and durable, handle is strong. On the negative is this "Screwgun" is a little heavy doing ceilings."

"I work with this drill day in and day out at work. It is a very good drill. Stands up to a bit of torture of banging and dropping it.Battery life is pretty goog considering how much i use it.I the battery pack because I can use it on the other stuff like the radio and saw saw."

"I have been useing dewalt 18 volt hand power tools for about 8 years and I would not change. The hammer drill is great as long as you use the right settings on the gun for the right jobs like put on drill for drill and hammer for hammer you now what I mean and as long as you keep it clean and don't drop it off ladders like I do some times it will last a very long time."

"This is the best drill I have ever owned I have had it now for 4 years i had to turn in the very first one i got on its waranty because the clutch went out but that was the only problem i have had use it daily at work and at home battery last about 4 hours still and takes 1 hour to fully charge great product"
