Monty,
August 18, 2008
By GRTWHTHNTRfrom Lawrenceville, GA
"Canopy made of high quality material, stands up very well to the elements. Only had two problems- corners came loose and started holding water, also the legs could stand to be about 18" longer for some additional height. This cover was purchased to be put over top of camper to give additional security from Leaking. WORKS GREAT"

Great Value,
August 18, 2008
By DIB55from Connecticut
"I needed a space to hold meetings on a construction site and did not want to spend a lot of money. This canopy fit the bill. It was a breeze to set up and has "weathered" several storms with flying colors. For the price you can't beat it."

Not designed for areas with heavy winds,
August 11, 2008
By AlanInGeorgiafrom Georgia
"If you get heavy winds, you may want to look elsewhere for a canopy. We had some 30-40 MPH winds come up about a month after I installed this and the seam ripped on one side."

Easy setup,
April 21, 2008
By Rayrayfrom Shelby Twp, Michigan
"I purchased two canopies, along with tie downs and screen sides. It was very easy to put and take down. So easy that I had my children all under the age of 16 put them up and take them down. They both still look good after a year of use. I plan to purchase number three this year."

Decent rain and sun shelter,
April 14, 2008
By dsr3from Raleigh, NC
"This is a low cost shelter against rain and sun. Note that it will not protect against blowing rain, as the roof is high, but if the rain is gentle, or coming straight down, it provides good protection. You'll need a good amount of room to set up. The frame is not hard to put together or take apart. Metal parts look strong enough for typical use. I've used mine 2 times, each for several days, and it has performed well. Stood up to a stiff breeze with no problems. As mentioned in other reviews, you really need the separate anchors (extra charge) to hold it down in a wind."

storm proof canopy,
April 14, 2008
By bjw77from Nacogdoches, TX
"In 2000 I bought a 10X20 canopy, I put it up in our front yard to protect my wife's car. I 2004 Hurricane Rita came calling with winds of 75 mph(my estimation) The streets in our nieghborhood were blocked with large trees 2' in diameter. There was a 6" crepe myrtle within 15 ft. of the canopy that was blown over, but the canopy was not damaged at all nor was the car under it. I did devise my own anchoring system. I took 21/2 ft long 5/8 rebar welded a flat washer 6" from the top end to that I welded an S hook and from the fitting at the top of the leg to the S hook I tied 3/16 nylon cord, On the high side I left the washer about 3" above the ground I leveled the others to it. I did the same with my new canopy and it has already withstood 40 mph winds with no problems."

Not bad for the money,
December 15, 2007
By Anonymous Reviewerfrom Kernersville, NC
"I got mine on sale for 89 and its much easier than I thought to get together. took me all of 1hr by myself. everything slides together and instructions are easy and straight forward. I got it so I can work on my project cars/trucks in the winter time because my carport is open, so I enclosed it with the extra kit and it holds heat pretty good and I can play with my toys. the reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because the legs just seam a little flimsy(but hold up fine)."

ShelterLogic Canopy systems,
November 10, 2007
By sally468from Massachusetts
"I purchased two of these ShelterLogic Canopy sets. I also purchased the sides and extensions. The only reason I didn't give them a five star was they wouldn't withstand a heavy wind. I had to take them down when I would have liked to have left them up permanently, and used them for a temporary garage and extra storage area for the lawnmowers, etc. However I used them for a tag sale with great success. It poured the second day, and I was able to keep everything dry, and people still stopped believe it or not. I think I had more people during the rain than on the sunny day! If you want them for back yard parties, flea markets, tag sales they are great, but they would need a better staking system to be made permanent. SD"
