presure washer,
November 18, 2008
By pvisco1from Guilford, ct
"I purchased the presure washer a couple of months ago and have not had any problems. The assembly of the machine was easy and took less than a half hour. Once i filled it with gas it fired right up. I was hesitant on buying the comet pump but so far no problems and the honda motor is excellent. I dont think anyone who purchases this machine for home use will be diappointed. The value you get is excellent. I did a lot of research before purchasing this machine and the quality you get for the price can not be beat"

"Bought this to clean my house and I'm very satisfied. I figured I could have saved the work part of house washing by hiring it out but for less money I now have a power washer to use over and over."

North Star Pressure Washer,
November 18, 2008
By Lorafrom Fulton, KY
"As large scale poultry producers we needed a pressure washer that would help us meet our goal of a well operated farm; one that would serve as an example to other producers and make us a leader in our industry. In an effort to meet that goal we bought a lower priced pressure washer and quickly found that, if we were to maintain the image we wished, we would have to spend our money more wisely. The first washer was difficult to start, hard to maneuver, extremely noisy, the pressure was erratic, and the hose outlet was located in such close proximity to the muffler that it was a constant battle to keep the hose away from the exhaust. After three expensive hoses and much frustration, we purchased a North Star pressure washer from your company. It starts on the first pull, maneuvers easily, the Honda engine runs quietly and smoothly and the hose is twice as long and located in such a manner that it poses no danger of coming in contact with the exhaust. We use the pressure washer to washdown poultry barns, concrete feed bin pads, loadout pads, the RTV, the tractor and any number of other things. We were so taken with the product, that we ordered the hose mount and found that to be a valuable asset. Thank you for offering us a quality product at a reasonable price."

Fine Unit,

"Yes, you can pay more for fancier rigs, but I have been very happy with the performance of this pressure washer. I don't use it daily, but for someone who needs a pressure washer for periodic use, this should work well. Easy to roll around over rough ground."

Best deal yet!,
August 18, 2008
By Geno1from Chesterfield, S.C.
"First, I received a very good "sale" price, so I upgraded to this model. So glad I did. I have already finish washing my cedar siding house and it turned out great. Even this first job, my opinion, has paid for the washer! Looking forward to using it for may other things, including washing my tractor, my jeep after mud bogging, my rental house, my mother's house, I guess that's enough for now! The performance is above what I even expected! Highly recommended!"

Pressure washer,
August 14, 2008
By Retiredwithhobbiesfrom Chandler,Az
"I only have experience with this washer coupled with the hose reel and rack which were purchased seperately, but the combination works like a charm. I especially like the long hose length which allows washing without moving everything around. The engine appears great, starts easily and sounds proper. Overall, I think this combination is a very good value and works to my expectations."

Good Product,
May 13, 2008
By Anonymous Reviewerfrom North Texas
"Bought this unit instead of a "box store" one because of the better Honda engine. It starts easily and after breaking it in for several hours, it runs strong. At first, the engine would "bog" down somewhat when the trigger was pulled. It would recover when released. Almost like the mixture was off. NOTE: I bought the Northern Tool pressure gauge to check the pressure and, guesss what - it is 3000 psi only when in bypass mode (the trigger isn't pulled). As soon as you pull the trigger, it drops to 2500 psi. I took it back to the NT store and had the mechanic look at it. He said that that was a characteristic of all pressure washers and that it was fine. I trust the guy, so I took it back home. It runs well and does a good job."

I could not ask for more for my money,
April 22, 2008
By BiGDeeZY316from Northern California
"I learned my lesson with the wholesale stores and their mass production pressure washers. I spent 500 bones on one that made me cringe everytime I used it.... I found Northern and for an extra 50 bucks than the first time I had reliablity, more power, and job security with a slice of piece of mind. It wont give you arm pump and you couldnt jack hammer concrete with it, but it more than you expect for the money"
