"We were only able to use this product a few times because a piece of it melted. We did use it with cold water only after that, and the amount of pressure was good. We then took it to a repair center about 1 hour from our home. Unfortunately, the item is still there. The repair center has repeatedly phoned for parts, and one of them has been delayed for quite a while. We did find out recently that there was a move in the company, so there was some communication lost in the shuffle. We were pleased with it when it worked it initially, but disappointed to be without it for these past few months."

"dont let the cheap price of this thing get you excited. you get what you pat for. I purchased one of these and it is horrible. They couldnt even put a simple on off switch on it for the soap pump, which never works..if all you want to do is wash of your lawn mower, have at it but it cant handle anything beyond that."

"I purchased this hot water pressure washer recently and am very satisfied on the performance. I think that it works as well as the more expensive models that I have used in the past. The heated water cleans way more then a cold water unit with more psi.. For the money it is great. Very easy on fuel for the burner. You won't be disappointed."
