"After reviewing other manufacture products and reviewing your customer reviews, I decided to purchased the telescoping wand, This was the best decision I had made! I have a two story house of my own. And I do contract home cleaning. I had no problem reaching any parts of these homes. The wand was easy to assemble and it was easy to make the nessessary height adjustments, it worked superior. The only negative thing about it was it's weight. After a while it will make your arms tired. But the good out weights the bad. on a few occasion I have let a few friends use it and they also were very satisified. GREAT JOB!!!!"

It gets the job done,

"I power wash as side work and this wand has saved me countless time and money by avoiding the up down ladder dance. Yes the harness was weak but some small modifications with some pvc piping and replacing the clips solved this issue. It is like fighting a swordfish on a deep sea fishing excursion but that is to be expected when you take 3500psi and move it 24 ft away from you like a huge lever. That actually gave me the idea to use pvc as a pole stand it worked well. Get creative and you will find this a useful tool."

"this thing is a back breaker, you need the back belt and it is still to hard to handle. Works fine if you have 3 guys to hold it. Get the fiberglass wand works great and one person can handle it no problem."

Included harness valued at $29.99 is useless.,

"I purchased the general pump heavy duty 4000 PSI, 24 ft telescoping wand to pressure wash my two story walk out home. I immediately noticed the unit was very awkward (due to the torque from the length and weight of the unit) in the full extended position and I would need the harness to stabilize the wand while reaching the two to three stories I needed to clean. I adjusted the harness, clipped on the wand, and it immediately fell to the ground. I discovered the plastic connectors that snap together are inadequate and cannot support this much weight and force. I would have been pleased if the unit was $29.99 cheaper and I would have gone out and purchased a quality harness. Now I must spend the additional money which puts the cost of this unit over the top.
The wand is easy to handle in positions of 10 ft or less without a harness and does a great job of cleaning."
