Cleans Good but Doesn't hold up,
October 11, 2009

"The FC800 cleans very good when new. It does NOT hold up to professional use, daily or weekly. The metal cross support on the handle has broken off 2 times in the last year at the weld point. The "O" rings on the hose connecting the gun to the swivel have dried out, leak badly, and the local store cannot get replacement O-rings nor do they have the specs on them. The bracket holding the gun to the handle has broken off 2 times due to metal fatigue. The gun, hose, and swivel connections are not standard quick-connects, so you can't just go buy readily available replacement parts. The 3rd gun is about to fail. Parts take weeks to get if they are available at all.
I use this tool several times weelky on commercial and residential jobs, and it just is not built to do commercial work, and replacement parts are not available."

"I like this one better than any one I have used. I had a big guy and this one is far better. It is lighter and you can clean in any direction. I have a lot of hours on this one with no troubles. If you need a large cleaner get this one you will be happy with it."
