"I have wanted to get a 3/8" cordless impact wrench for quite some time. I had been looking at the Makita, since I have owned other Makita cordless tools. I decided on the Ingersoll Rand IQ Series, and I made the correct decision. This is a tough rugged tool, that can stand up to the garage environment. It has a load of torque,and can be used for everything, from change leaf springs to muffler systems. With the Lithium battery it makes it especially light. But I also own the Ni-Cad batteries, and they work just fine. The nice thing about the charger is it can charge any of the IQ Series batteries. I plan to purchase a whole set eventually."
