"These bits are the best. They are as handy as a shirt on a pocket. You always have the right size and they cut light high dollar bits."

Northern Industrial Step Drill Bit Set — 5-Pc,April 14, 2008
By LtJoefrom Maplewood, New Jersey
"These are great addition to anyones tool inventory! I don't know why I didn't invest in a set earlier! They work perfectly and are extremely clean cutting. They made short work of my task of drilling numerous large holes in sheet metal."

Step Drill Set,July 12, 2007
By Mazzatjfrom Orlando FL
"This is a great set for the price. I mainly use it on metal studs in place of knockouts. I recommend this set for anyone. Only wish the larger bit went up to 1 1/2 inch. Smaller bits cuts easily and smoothly. The larger bit will make you have a good grip on the drill as it works up to the largest size hole. I have used all the bit on up to 10 gage plate steel - but will bite in and you need a drill that will take the load. On thicker stock, the pilot hole may take a little longer but once past that point the other diameters go quickly."

"Bought this set for a 15 year old who has a great interest in doing things the easy & quick way. His comments about this set were; cuts fast - clean holes -saves time - stays sharp - easy to make existing holes bigger or to 'custom fit' a hole to a need. Does all his work in metal"
