Great angle drill,November 3, 2009
By WJCorbinfrom Middle Tennessee
"I have always been a fan of Dewalt tools and have several of the 14.4 volt units. I was about to start a project that would require a large number of holes to be drilled in close quarters. I decided that was a good excuse to purchase the Dewalt right angle drill kit. The drill has performed beautifully. It is a real bargain considering the fact that it comes in a hard shell case with 2 batteries and a charger.
My only regret is that my collection of Dewalt cordless tools uses 14.4 volt batteries. If I had it to do over, I would go with the 18 volt."

"The cordlessdrill was a great invention. Sure speeds up the process of any project. I use all Dewalt tools and would recommend to anyone. They are reliable. I prefer the 14.4 volt over the 18 volt because it is lighter weight and still has plenty of power. I am sure I will but another Dewalt if this one dies. In the picture all three of us are using a Dewalt drill."

14.4 Cordless Drill,July 20, 2009

"We have had this drill for a few years now and it just doesn't stop. Whatever application we use it for ( and there are many as we live on a small farm) it does great. We drill thru old oak boards and beams with no problems.....and this is not the "strongest" drill Dewalt sells.......however, we have found it to be sufficent to do any job......"

cordless angle drill,April 21, 2008

"Tool is great in conjunction with a circle cutter attachment or hard to reach areas. The only downfall is the placement of and the difficulty of switching from forward to reverse when using one handed. the switch is recessed in the handle and large fingers have a hard time pushing it side to side."

Great Tool,October 29, 2007
By 1CavJimmyfrom South Western Ohio
"I bought this right angle drill two years ago for a special project. I used a deck fastening system that required driving the screws in at an angle from underneath. It worked great for that application and I thought it was a limited use tool, but worth it for that job. Since then, I have been amazed at how often I grab this powerful, handy drill driver. Many screws that used to be put in at a little bit of an angle are now straight and secure. It's DEWALT quality in a configuration that you probably need more often than you think. I bought another one as a gift for a friend and it was his favorite tool when he refinished his basement. I believe you'll like this tool."
