Powersmith Cordless Drill,
March 6, 2007
By Prem

"I am a engineer by profession and love good quality power tools. Last year I bought this drill as a gift to my son-in-law, who is NOT a handyman. Imagine my pleasure when he called me at least 3 times in following months to thank for an excellent gift, which made his life easier doing house projects. Every time he used it, he just had to call. I think this drill is an excellent product at very reasonable price."

"I highly recommend this product. I purchased the Powersmith drill four years ago and it was the best investment I made yet. It still works like it is brand new and never let me down. I use this drill constantly. Thank you for an excellent product which made my life easier."

"The drill is not very powerful and the charge on the battery does not last very long. The battery charge does not automatically shut off and takes to long to charge the battery."

Powersmith Cordless Drill PS)805K,

"The keyless chuck is not effective in holding drill bits. I have very strong hands, but I am often unable to tighten the keyless chuck enough to keep a drill bit from slipping in the chuck. Other low cost cordless drills I have purchased have not had this problem."

"I bought this drill as I never owned one and needed a drill to hang pictures, take apart some furniture, and hang other things! It was awesome! It was everything I needed, held a good charge, and is decently lightweight! I would recommend this to my friends who are in the same boat as me!"

Low price, basic drill, few features,
March 31, 2009

"This drill is reasonably priced and therefore a good value. The largest problem with the drill is the battery charger. It does not automatically cycle off. Reading other reviews regarding the battery problems, I think this is the main problem. So, if you can remember to unplug the charger when the charging is complete this is a great deal. Just don't forget to unplug it."
