Awesome Drill,

"This is a great drill, I've used Milwaukee cordless for years and with the Lithium battery, it's definitely much lighter as well as seems to go longer on a charge. The belt clip is robust as well and works easily..."

"Nice tool to add to your toolbox. Much better than a corded drill except for extreme demand. I have a 14.4V and the 18V is soo much better"

"This drill is a great drill but I think that the cost is a little high. It has great torque and rpm's. The buttons are very user friendly."

"I have used thid drill many times and it is the best drill I have ever used. (including Dewalt 36v systems) The drill has power and is precise and does what you tell it to do. The clutch controls are easy to use. I have never had this drill fail on me and would definitly recomend this to a friend."

Lithium Ion Milwaukee Cordless Drill,
November 2, 2009
By JohnnyThreeEyes

"This drill is lightweight and compact, yet powerful. Have used it allot for driving and removing fasteners (M6 bolts and smaller) and rarely has it had problem removing them, even in the high speed/lower torque gear. It has been used at my workplace (development work, not construction), so it has tolerated daily medium to heavy use with no signs of decreased performance or wear. But all its life has been inside, and so I cannot say how it will tolerate hotter or cooler temps you would see outside.
The only comment I have is that the drill goes rapidly from full functionality to not functioning at all when the battery discharges. So rapidly in fact that often the speed dropped to zero before I was able to remove the drill bit from the work, which has left me with a drill bit or two stuck in the work. I assume this is for life of the battery and therefore good for overall product life, but still a little annoying."

Very Good, Long Lasting, Excellent Quality,
November 2, 2009
By Crash79ofKouts

"I received the Milwaukee M18 Cordless Compact Driver — 18 Volt, 1/2in., Model# 2601-22 last year for Christmas and have been using it constantly since May when I started my room addition. Besides the long battery life and the power it produces, the light that comes on, when engaging the switch, and the handy hook on the end, are added blessings. I can't say how many times I've been in the dark trying to either find a screw or screw one the right place. Also, being up on the scaffolding and needing a free hand, I can hook the drill to my tool belt or back pocket for easy retrieval. Thank you for offering this great product at an excellent price."
