"I purchased this saw and placed a beamcutter on it. That is a 12" chainsaw attached in place of the circular saw blade driven by the Dewalt. It performed flawlessly and I used it while building my log home."

Top Notch Saw,
July 22, 2009
By TexasB

"My dad was in need of a new saw so my brother and I purchased this saw for him for Christmas. After using it in many different capacities on his farm (repairs, new house addition, etc.), he liked it so much that he turned around and purchased one each for my brother and I.
He said that everyone needs a tool that will outlast them. This saw is very durable and stout enough for just about any project you can throw at it. Very easy to use, very smooth, and light enough you are not worn out after using it all day.
Highly recommended."

The last saw you'll ever buy !!!!!,
July 20, 2009
By Andigo

"I bought this saw several years ago and have built over sixty porches with it not to mention deer blinds and honey do's. What I like most about it besides the weight, is that a right handed person can actually see the cutting edge of the blade as you are cutting. That isn't true about most saws. I have droppped mine from about 12 feet and cracked the case, but was able to get another clam shell for it from Dewalt at a reasonable price and it looked and ran like a brand new one. The base is very easy to adjust and very accurate. Blade change is easy. It has been well worth every cent. You won't be dissappointed !!!!"

Circular Saw,

"After purchasing two other cheaper brand circular saws and ruining them within days, I decided to spend a little extra and buy a Dewalt circular saw. To date, I have been very pleased with its performance and durability. Now whenever I buy a new power tool, its generally Dewalt."

Makes one happy,
July 20, 2009

"When I was younger I would buy a less expensive saw. When I decided to build a Geodesic Dome home I deiced I needed a good saw. This saw has always performed without disappointment. From cutting wet pressure treated lumber to ceramic tile and even lexon sheeting it has always left a smile on my face with its performance. Cutting multiple angles on the dome home was challenging but with this saw it would hold the angles it was set at and each cut would be a good as the first. I can honestly say that this saw has made many projects a pleasure and not chores as they would tend to turn out to be with the other saws I used. I can recommend this saw without any concern of the person coming back to me with a complaint."

Excellent saw,

"What an excellent saw! At 48 years of age and a homeowner since I was twenty-four I have owned numerous circular saws. This one outshines them all. Straight, quick, clean cuts, what more could a body ask for when it comes to projects around the house."

"I bought mine several years ago and it has held up perfectly. I have never had a problem with it. It has plenty of power and is lightweight. I also like the easy adjustment knob. I've used several saws over the years and this has been by far the best."

"After shopping this saw against it's competitors,( same price saw's) I decided to buy this saw and after using it I can not imagine that anyone has a better saw for the price, it handles prefectly with power to spare the adjustments are spot on and the carrying case is a quality product as well. Couldn't be happier with my purchase."

Great Budget Saw,
April 21, 2008
By Kubes

"I'm going to college for construction and it gets expensive school cost alot but buying all the tools that we use their and we know we'll use adds up to be more than tution if their like me. I want to start my own business and buying the best isn't always the option i've probably used this saw for over twenty jobs. it cuts through wood material like butter. i've put two new blades on it but it's held it's weight pretty good from cutting every piece of material for a fish house to cutting kitchen counter tops it's clean and accurate in the right hands. i would recommend this saw to anybody including contractors and other carpenters in the field as well as the weekend warroir who does his/her own work."
