"Tried it on neighbors irritating dogs. They yawned and laughed at it.
I might as well have thrown spit balls at them.
Best part about this product is that Northern Tool honors the products that they sell and they cheerfully allowed me to return it.

I believe that this product may have actually been invented by dogs. :))"
