"This heater keeps the water from freezing even when it is below zero. The birds can drink throughout the winter and will take baths when it is 20 degrees outside. It has a 10 foot power cable that is protected with a coil and is well built. This heater is "MADE IN THE USA". I highly recommend this product. BUY THIS."

"I live in NH and have a few ducks.... and this is my first winter with them. As the temps dropped, of course the water in their 30 gallon tub kept freezing, what a drag, chipping ice and getting soaked on frigid mornings. But, with the de-icer the water stays liquid (and we've had -10) and I easily change it. This is one of the most useful things I've ever purchased... and my quacks love their hot tub!"
