Built on the cheap side,

"This is a bare minimum tubing notcher. The degree indicator doesn't match the actual degrees. The locking key shaft is cut eccentric. The paint was flaking off before it was used. For the money it isn't a bad buy. If you are looking for a quality tool for every day use step up to the next model."

Great tool for the money,

"I bought this tool to build an ADA hand-rail out of 2" diameter 16 gauge tubing. If you are going to notch pipe or use it a lot I would step up to one of the made in USA models. But for my current need it works great and is well built."
