"I work at car dealership parts department and I use it to load & unload transmissions and small engines and other heavy shipments from trucks. It does make the job easier when there's no loading dock or liftgate on the delivery truck. It's easy for one person to use. It's also faster than some of the hydraulic jack type. Some of the truck drivers commented that it works better than some of the hydraulic models that are built similarly. I have just a couple of things that are kind of annoying though. The wheels don't swivel or turn so when you have something heavy that you can't tilt it back, you have to scoot it instead. The other thing is the crank handle spot welds broke after continuous use. Now we were able to repair it but it could be reinforced a little better. The last thing is that it needs brakes so it doesn't roll so easily if you need to adjust the load. If your looking for a good economic tool to lift and move material this is it. It's about the best you'll get without the frills. It works good and is solid."

"i purchased this item for use around my home. it is excellent for loading heavy cargo onto my pickup truck, and also for accessing a 50'' high storage loft that runs the length of my garage. i can now store heavier items on it. a great helper to have around. the only change that i would recommend for this product would be to put steerable casters on the front, but it can not be beat in its price range."
