"I purchased this hoist over 3 years ago and I have not had any problems with it. I have it hooked to an elevator that I built and installed myself. we use the elevator at least 4 or 5 times every day. the speed of the chain is just right, not too slow not too fast. just right. this is a great hoist for the application I am using it for. I would definitely recommend this hoist for any lifting job."

"I purchased the hoist for a utility elevator on my home. It works like a dream, I use it to lift furniture and appliances up to the second floor. Best of all, my wife can use it get groceries or just about anything with no problem, because it's so easy to use. It was the best investment I've made in a long time.
