Excellent Tool !,
November 2, 2009

"If you cut much firewood and don't have one of these, you are missing out !" This is a VERY heavy constructed tool and the fiberglass handle is as solid as a rock, and has a rubber coated end for a good grip. "T" part that makes the jack can also be easily removed for strictly cant -hook work. I assure you that you will be worn out many times, for many years, long before this tool is !!! I simply don't know whats NOT to like about this baby !"

the beefeater of timberjacks,
November 2, 2009
By barbarak
from rural Idaho
|
"This is the beefeater of Timberjacks. Sturdy and chunky, with a great feel and confidence-inspiring heft. Wouldn't want to carry it too far from the pickup, because it is heavy, but it handles LARGE diameter logs without the sense of strain that a lesser timberjack or peavey might give. Easy to assemble. My chainsaw and I thank you."

"I got a delivery of 18 foot timbers ranging in diameter fro 8 inches to 30 inches. Going it alone I needed help so I ordered the Timberjack. It handled whatever I could muscle. It along with a Columbus McKinnon Cant Hook helped me cut over 3 cords of timber. They are now on loaner to a friend who burns."

Northern Ind. Timberjack,
October 19, 2009
By Kenny59

"I purchased this for use around the farm. It is heavy but manageable. So far it seems to hold up well. It is good for picking up shorter logs for cutting and saves my chainsaw chain's sharpness by keeping it out of the dirt. It also helps in getting a chain around some logs for pulling when the tongs I purchased won't work as well. I think it is a good buy for the money"

WONDERFUL TOOL,

By TIMMY208

"THIS IS A WELL MADE HEAVY DUTY TOOL. IF YOU CAN PULL THE HANDLE, IT WILL LIFT THE LOG NO MATTER HOW HEAVY IT IS. LIFTS LOGGS TO A COMFORTABLE HEIGHT FOR CUTTING AND MAKES IT EASIER ON YOUR BACK AS WELL AS KEEPING YOUR CHAIN OUT OF THE DIRT. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY THAT CUTTS FIREWOOD."
