"Fabricated a homemade logsplitter using item #1147 splitter kit.I chose not to use the 4way wedge which is a bolt on option.It is mounted to 6inch I beam with a 13.6gpm pump from Northern and powered by a 6.5 gas engine.I have not found any tree it would not splitt from 30 inch on down. The spitter kit has worked flawlessly. This is an excellent item. Thank you Nothern for providing an option for us guys who like to fabricate our on tools"
