"I purchased this little bike just for fun. I live in an area that is mostly big hills and wind. This bike has operated very well for me. I did take the back storeage area off, it rattled. I weight 230 pounds and this little bike carries me all over the place even up hill...I do have to help by using the pedals a little on larger hills. I am very satisfied with this bike and am very happy I purchased it. I am hoping that my wife will ride it also; the only problem is that when she finds out how fun it is I may have to purchase another one. Great little fun bike."

"BIKE LOOKS PRETTY AND COMES ALMOST VERY LITTLE TO PUT TOGETHER BUT AFTER 23(KM) ON A FULL NIGHT CHARGE THE BIKE WAS CUTTING IN AND OUT TO THE POINT THAT I WAS GOING TO RETURN IT UNTIL I READ THE PREVIOUS COMMENT ABOUT THE MASTER SWITCH.

"On the first day, out of the box, Broken cheap plastic side plates on rear. Frame mounts don't fit plastic covers. Frame Mounts bent to allow plastic plates, when you do finally get them installed to come in contact with the rear shock springs causing them to crack/break off. No power, will not pull any grade over 10%. Impossible to pedal. Pedals, only clear ground by an inch or so. They are too far rearward to work. Guages are metric only, no MPH only KPH. Manuals and specs. state both are included. When first stood up, the throttle handle pull completely off the bike.(only held by 1/8" thick of plastic with a single screw. It's the only way to catch the bike if it leans, yet it will not support any weight. Plastic broke off and now bike cannot be used. Northern tools staff very understanding and are ordering parts. Baja Motor Sports advises they don't have any info on the bike since it's brand new. (had to call on phone) Cannot contact Baja Motorsports for tech support on line. Cannot register, or put on insurance since there is no serial number/VIN as stated in the manual. Battery charger will not work when Master power switch is in the "off" position as manual and charger state. Only works when Master switch is in the "On" position. Bought bike for wife for her birthday, very dissappointed and would like to return it, but she say's it's so cute. That it is, great concept, but very poor quality/strength and implementation. Can anyone help?????!!!!"
