"I would highly recommend this series cylinder. The diameter of the rod is what sets this series cylinder apart from its peers. The rod is 1/4" to 3/8" larger than its peers in the same class rating. I used this on a 16 ton log splitter. The one that came on the splitter bent under load. It had a 1 1/4" diameter rod and a 2500psig rating. I have split 2-3 cords of oak and walnut with the new Lion Cylinder and it has preformed flawlessly!! Highly recommended!!!! This is one Heavy Duty Cylinder!"
