"The product was easy to install and after using it over the winter extremely easy to maintain. I live in Western WA and we have cold (not AK cold but snow and ice) over the winter. This unit was purchased to supplement the house heating and for use in power failures. I installed the unit in February and fed it with a 100lb (25 gallon) propane tank. By the time it was warm enough not to need it for the summer it still had some fuel in the tank. I imagine a full winter would be less than 2 tanks worth of fuel. It puts out a tremendous amount of heat for it's size (it will raise the temp of a 700 sq ft room 10 degrees in 30 minutes) and seems to be very efficient. It is a little institutional looking but most people do not even notice it until it starts pumping out heat. The only reason I did not give it five stars is it's appearance, it looks like it should be in a 70's vintage government office. The unit is very well made and sturdy."

"easy to install for anyone that can read and has some tools . plumbing the gas was a little challenge with a couple of trips to the hardware store to get black pipe cut to the correct length and fittings. the heater operates great and provides plenty of heat for my shop . as the prices of vented heaters run this heater seems to be a good deal . last winter i operated a unvented heater in the shop and wasnt happy with the moisture and odor it produced . this heater had definitely corrected that problem .
so far im really happy with this heater"
