Easiest Install-Best Price-Most Heat,
February 19, 2008
By projectman50from Chaska, MN
"I purchased Mr. Heater model MHU45NG 45,000 BTU unit for my 26x28 2-car garage with 10 ft. ceilings. This heater is awesome, the blower distributes a mega heat source. I am able to heat my garage on sub-zero days from 20F inside to 68F within 20 minutes. I wired in a Honeywell digital thermostat and control the garage temperature to 40F all winter. It has been a very cold winter here in Minnesota this year, and my Mr. Heater allows me to do many winter projects, I would otherwise have to wait till Spring to do in my garage.
I would recommend Mr Heater to any homeowner that loves a warm garage."

Mr Heater Garage Heater,
November 16, 2006
By nuthinmanfrom Taos, NM
"Purchased the Mr. Heater Natural Gas Garage Heater to install in a 30'x28' garage. This heater is awesome, it heats my garage up to a comfortable 65 degrees in minutes, even though it may be 15 degrees outside. It's quiet, efficient, and spreads the heat throughout the garage. I chose it as it is compact and space saving with it's only 1" clearance to the ceiling. Installation was simple, and after adjusting for an altitude of 7000', it fired right up and has not missed a beat since. I would highly recommend this heater to anyone. It is and A1 unit."

Mr. Heater 45k btu Heater,
March 16, 2009
By Einsteinfrom Dorr, MI
"I have owned the 75k version in the past and it worked flawlessly. I purchased the 45k version expecting the same performance. Although I had a problem with a shorted circuit board, the Mr. Heater support was fantastic and sent me a replacement immediately. After installing the new board, no issues. I am a big fan of these units."

Sweet Heater,
March 16, 2009
By nmoxfrom Sheridan, WY
"I purchased this heater for my 24'x24' steel garage and love the result. This heater is less expensive than heaters of similar size of other brands but this one keeps my garage plenty warm. I have been working in my garage in a t-shirt only during the Wyoming winter. As for installation, I installed the heater myselft with some help from the wife over 1.5 days. Great heater! Love having a warm garage to work in."

Warm & Toasty,
March 16, 2009
By dave56erfrom Minnesota
"This heater works great in my 1 1/2 car garage/shop. After installing the unit however the instructions for starting seemed a bit vague. It took a couple of tries but I figured out the correct sequence and on it went. Now I'm warm and toasty while working on projects in sub-zero temps."

Great heater,
March 16, 2009
By HandsOnfrom Chicago suburbs
"Heater & installation instructions are excellent. All elec. gas & exhaust parts are readily available from local home center. My ceiling hung installation went without any problem, though boosting it up there was a 2 man job. Everything connected and double checked, it fired right up and quickly brings my 25x40 garage up to shirtsleve temperature, even in Chicago's winter. Main blower fan started up pretty noisy, but that has now moderated to more tollerant level...I don't know why. All in all, excellent value for price."
