"I purchased the ProCom Blower Model# QEB100 for my ProCom Dual Fuel Stove Model# QD25OT stove purchased from Northern Tool last October. Let me tell you this stove is in my basement (about 900sqft) which in the winter can get down to between 40 & 50 degrees maybe colder and it worked great without the fan. Then I added the fan to it and it increased the heat output area by forcing the air out to cover more square footage. The temperature went from about 65 to almost 80 degrees and that was only on the number 3 setting (out of 5). I live in an 100+ year old 2-1/2 story colonial in the north east and I had my furnace on only 3 times this winter just to warm the pipes in the wall when the temperature was down in the single digits. All 3 times the burner was on for only about 1 hour then I shut it down. The whole house stays warm & toasty about 78 degrees, the basement about 80 which keeps the first floor very marm to walk on. I do have another vent free stove on the first floor and the vent free option makes it an easy dicision to go with because you can place it just about anywhere you want in the home. No chimney required. I set a carbon monoxide detector's right next to the units and not a peep. I think this fan makes the complete system, so if you buy the stove buy the fan.
A very satisfied Northern Tool customer."
