"i have used this knife on a daily basis ,for more than 2 years.it really got a workout.
my work is maintaining and repairing yarn spinning machinery. the yarn fibers have a tendency to stick to the rollers on the machine.the roller laps (or wraps) with yarn fiber getting larger and larger till the roller fails, then it must be cut off using a hook blade .the blade dulls quickly and as it does you pull harder, giving this knife a good workout. comfort is an issue because laps are a regular thing ,and the slight bend in the grip, straightens out your pull, takes the pressure off tender wrist ligaments ,ergonomics i think it's called .blade change is quick and easy, remove a single screw remove or turn the old blade, which is held nicely in place by a magnet .one thing i don't care for is limited storage for new blades inside. you can stretch it a bit with a screwdriver ,and get a whole package of blades in there (about 4 in storage and the 1 you are using) you have a choice of colors navy blue and bright orange..to sum up a well made tool worth the money"
