Swisher Trailmower model# 13560,

"This machine is amazing. It has cut my mowing time to less than half of the previous events; this is considerable when mowing 14 acres twice a week or more. The cut is excellent and creates a true park-like environment. The manuverability is unparalled. I can get it into (and out) of some very tight spaces, and this make cutting around trees and bushes a breeze. I would enthusiastically recommend ths mower to anyone who has a sizable area to mow. It is also very easy to start and will tow behind anything. I have towed it with a golf cart and with a garden tractor (favorite) with five star success."

"Made for short grass mowed at least once a week; will not handle any more- for light duty mowing, it might work ok, but nothing more- the deck is lighter than my Snapper 30" rear rider."

"This machine is a must have for any one with acres. I pull my 60" 13hpI/C Briggs offset with a 22hp 54" Husqvarna. That is 110" cut on 5 acres with trees in2.5 hours. With a little skill it is very maneuverable. You can make one circle cut around trees that you cannot do with just a tractor. I owned it for 4 years and only have done general repairs. It is well built and expect to have it a long time."

"I have had this mower for two seasons and it has been dependable. It has an electric start and is easy to maintain. It cuts as smooth and evenly as any other mower that I have seen or tried. All in all, it has been an excellent purchase."

"I've used this mower about 5 times now for our four acres. It follows great with my GT 2554 Cub cadet. Nearly all of my use has been as an offset mower and once you get a system down with the turns it's great! It's really easy to move around by hand when getting it connected to the mower. I was impressed with how heavy duty all of the frame etc. is. You won't be disapointed."

Overall a good machine!,

"I have 5 acres on a huge hill in East Tennessee. This machine is great when pulling behind an ATV. I have mowed the 5 acres the last 2 years with a 60" zero turn riding scag. The scag had difficulty going up a steep hill, and was dangerous going down hills. That is why I purchased the pull behind Swisher. With the ATV in 4 low it will pull the Swisher up hills, and all over my property with ease. Obviously you will have alot more trimming to do because it is hard to get the Swisher in and out of tight spots. The max speed that you will want to pull the Swisher is 5mph. The only negative thing I can say about this machine is the factory weld that connects it to the ATV. This weld was broke after my first use. I had a buddy weld a hitch onto the Swisher tounge and now it works great. Make sure you keep it greased!"

Traile mower saves me time,

"I bought the swisher 60" trail mower w/ 14.5 hp engine and it mows my lawn flawlessly. It does not scallop or chop the lawn at all. It is slightly gas hungry but for a 14.5 hp lawn mower I guess that it could be worse. Tried it at an offset but it is pretty tricky to tow and now I just pull it straight. It can be pulled at a much faster rate than the Cub Cadet can cut anyway. It is built very sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. I now have 1 year on it with no issues."

60" Finish mower,

"Very powerful mower. I mow a little over 5 acres. I use the mower pulled behind a Polaris Ranger and have had no problems at all. The cut is nice and even and leaves a beautiful lawn. It seems to be easy on the gas too. I have to fill up every other time to mow. Good product and it is "Made in America", something hard to find these days."

Rugged Mower,
May 6, 2008
By DonMc

"I mow approximately 6-7 acres on my farm that has hills, flat land, shallow ditches, trees, and large and small spaces. I have had my mower three years and pull my 60" Swisher with an ATV. At first I "babied" this thing, but after getting used to it, it gets more rough treatment now than it probably should. It cuts very well and the only items I have replaced are: a bearing, a long belt, and crank handles for adjusting the mowing height. I would recomend this mower to anyone with a large mowing area. The thing I don't understand is why you would ever have to purchase a new one. You can buy any part you want, even down to the "ruler decals"."
