"When I first received the roller there was a box of parts missing, but with Northern Tools great customer service getting in contact with Brinley's customer service, they sent the parts out the next day. I used it on half my lawn (over 2 acres) and pulled very nicely with a 16 horse lawn tractor. With the rounded corners it doesn't dig into the ground when I make a turn. I am waiting for some rain to soften the ground so I can roll the other half."

"During the first sharp turn that I made with subject roller, the bearings came out of the tow bar/frame, therefore, in order to make the roller work for me, I had to squeeze/bend the outer frame together somewhat so that it would stay put over the roller axles."

"This roller was very easy to assemble. Had to call Brinly-Hardy, their customer service is awsome. I am very happy with this product."
