Works as advertised,
July 4, 2009

"I received my draw bar stabilizer/receiver just days ago. I expected to have to make some modifications to use it with my cat-1 quick-hitch. To my surprise, it mounted as-is with no mods needed.
The only draw back is that with the vertical bar there, it does tend to block my view of the actual ball, but if I lift up enough in the seat, I can see it.
Definitely worth the money."

Tractor Draw Bar Stabilizer,
November 20, 2008
By Bolet

"I was very impressed with the timely shipping of my item. When the adaptor for my draw bar arrived I was further impressed with the quality and sturdyness of the item. Having dealt with Northern for the past 20 year, it continues to be a first rate customer oriented company in my mind."

"I mostly use it for moving trailers short distances when i'm in a hurry like when mowing grass. Just hook and go. It will easily handle more weight than its rated for. 10,000 or 12,000 pounds no problem."

Worked for me...,
August 12, 2008
By WayneB
from South Central Missouri

"I used this to haul round bales on a 16' utility trailer. I'm sure I exceeded it's rated capacity of 2000 lbs. with four 4x5 bales on the trailer, but it worked great. I mounted a ball directly to the stabilizer rather than using a receiver hitch. I didn't have any problems and it sure made attaching the trailer after loading it a breeze."

Stabilizer bar,
August 11, 2008
By easterlily
from Prairie du Chien WI
|
"Very well constructed. I'd been looking for a tool to stop the bar roll for a long time. This was the only one I ever found. Was pleased that it worked so well, installed easily, and that the receiver hitch could be reversed into the back of the stabilizer for easy storage. It's a great product. I'd recommend it to anyone."

"I have a 20' trailer, a double horse trailer and a 19' boat trailer. I use my 30 horse tractor to launch the boat and haul brush and move things around on my small farm...this Drawbar Stabilizer with a 2" ball makes these jobs quick and easy. Easy to install - I am very pleased with this product.
