"I purchased this beacon light to replace the typical single rotating $20 warning light.
This is a great ,high visibility,well constructed light. But the magnetic base on this unit is a raw magnet and will scratch any painted surface. Not concerned about the paint,buy it! I did return it and purchase a different light with a magnet/suction mount base."
