"Construction quality / fit finish and welding is as can be expected for an inexpensive unit. The retaing chain that comes with the unit (chain to go around dual tire assembly) is to short. It may work for 1 ton dual assembly but is way to short for semi truck duals. The jack that came with the unit did not function. It took about 6 weeks to get a replacement. Jacks were not available from the importer so Northern Tool shipped me another complet unit that I exchanged jacks with. They did their best in light of the situation. I have since used the unit and it functions fine."
