BioPro Automated Biodiesel Processor is a stainless steel industrial-grade processor that converts organic oils into an alternative fuel biodiesel through acid/base catalyzed chemical reactions. The oil is altered to allow it to run efficiently in an unmodified diesel engine. The BioPro 190 is designed for self-contained operation, with very little user interaction: no metering or mixing chemicals. Simply add the required ingredients, press the Big Green Button and walk away. The oil can be any organic oil (tallow, fats, vegetable oil, etc.), but in most cases, waste vegetable oil is commonly used to make biodiesel due to its wide availability. U.S.A.

"I would highly recommend the Biopro 190 to anyone who is looking for automation in their production. This Feature is what sets the Biopro lineup apart from the rest of the processors on the market. The machine has been proven to generate fuel that passes ASTM D6751, and has never failed the 3/27 test from my experience. It is durable and made of high quality stainless steel. Craftsmanship is exceptional. All add on parts are some of the finest in the industry, especially the GPI 12 GPM dispensing pump. I cannot comment on the automated washing cycle because I use a separate Dry wash setup along with Methanol recovery, which I do feel has numerous benefits over the wet wash method. Methanol recovery is not utilized in this machine, adding to the cost of fuel production. Overall, the machine is the best in the industry from what I have seen and experienced."

"Product delivered as promised. Set up was very easy. Terrific machine! I've thoroughly researched making BioDiesel, and also made test batches, so I am confident I will be successful with this machine. Looks like it will save loads of time over other Biodiesel processors on the market. A great advantage is that it takes up very little room, plus it is completely enclosed for safety and air quality."
