"I have looked elsewhere for hose reels of this type. This one has a HD hose with a great quality easy to use spring loaded retracting. My only complaint is that Northern Tool or any other company does not make a swivel mount for this model or have some sort of universal swivel mount."

"I have had no problems with the recoil of the air hose whether empty or fully charged (150 psi). I installed the reel overhead in my garage and even with pulling the house out the side or at an angle it has performed flawlessly. Definitely worth the price."

"This is a longer term review. I've had my reel installed in my garage for about a year. It gets used on a daily basis and still no air leaks and it retracts without any problems. So far it is a great value compared to the $200 + you can spend for the name brand reels out there."
