FIA Air-Supplied Abrasive Blasting Hood with Hard Hat

Blasting hood with ANSI-approved hard hat offers complete protection for face, eyes and upper body and provides fresh air/cool down from an internal air dispenser. A 36in. flexible air supply hose with adjustable regulator attaches to air compressor (NOTE: Not recommended for use with gasoline/diesel powered compressors), secured by an adjustable belt and buckle harness. A 24in. nylon web belt and buckle secures apron. Includes 6in. x 9in. replaceable plexiglass lens.

"The hard hat inside is ok but it is not attached very well to the vinyl cover and it slides around. The window is mounted to low and sags over your eyes. The cooling hose is hooked poorly with velcro. When it is on the chest and back strap works good."

"I would recommend product, but I have only one complaint. It shows in the description that it hooks into the air compressor. You need better details of how to hook this product up, because we are now required to purchase an adapter that we have not found available through Northern Tool."

"This is a great product, it is lightweight and comfortable to use, easy to clean and replace lens. We have replaced and old style hood that was very heavy and uncomfortable."

"I purchased this hood from you, and it has been a total disappointment.
The hood is heavy and hot even with fresh air supplied. I have abandoned it and went back to your deluxe model."
